    We are currently seeking an Account Executive as part of our Business Development team. This role would be based in our Tarrytown, NY office.   

     

    This individual is responsible for the development of business - through cultivating sales, retaining and growing its customer base and maximizing revenue.

     

    Our “ideal candidate is an individual who has 2-5 years sales experience in digital data marketing or interactive arenas. He/she has a proven network of contacts in the digital publishing and e-commerce space.  They know the luma landscape and ad tech.  In addition, this individual has a proven track record in digital business development.

    Qualifications

    In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

    • BA/BS degree;
    • 2-5 years sales experience in digital data marketing and or interactive arenas;
    • Established network of contacts;
    • Ability to articulate marketing needs, benefits statements, unique selling points of products;
    • Strong customer service experience;
    • Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices, and terminology;
    • Skill in organizing work schedule of self and others;
    • Ability to approach and effectively communicate with a wide range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner;
    • Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals;
    • Ability to engage in effective interpersonal interaction;
    • Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail;
    • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests;
    • Ability to use computer software programs including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
    • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for the Digital Data Sales Manager include but are not limited to: 

    • Establish and meet the budgeted revenue targets;
    • Build, manage and guide the national sales effort;
    • Develop and maintain an active pipeline with revenue forecasts;
    • Through effective pipeline management, communicate the results of sales calls, response to sales message, need for modifications in plan;
    • Identify and communicate market and competitive intelligence to be used in product development and pricing;
    • Maintain regular communication with senior staff regarding goals, objectives, needs and progress.
